Join Malaysian Society of Adjudictors (MSAdj)

Membership of the society is open to all persons who have interest in the law and/or practice of Adjudication, whether to educate themselves on the process, as potential parties in a dispute resolved through Adjudication, as representatives of parties desiring to resolve a dispute through adjudication, or those desirous of becoming Adjudicators.

Types of Membership

There are four categories of membership:

Affiliates

A graduate, undergraduate or person not yet able to qualify as Associate, but who intends to qualify.

Associates

A person proposed and seconded by Fellows of the society who is engaged in a profession, occupation or calling where there is recourse to Adjudication.

Members

A person elected by the Council who has satisfied the competency standard and criteria of an adjudicator as set out by the Asian International Arbitration Centre or as otherwise determined by the Council.

Fellows

A person who has been a member of the Society for at least 5 years and/or has satisfied the Council as to his proficiency in the law and practice related to Adjudication through experience and professional qualification.
