Committee Member

Ts. Loke Mun Kit is an ADR specialist in construction, property development, and management, particularly for PRC and domestic stakeholders, acting as Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Mediator, and Expert Witness. He graduated with a Diploma in Technology (Building) from TARC and a post-graduate MBA, MPM, and PDIA. During his corporate career, he has served as Director, VP, MD, and CEO of several private and PLCs, both locally and abroad. Professionally, he was awarded Chartered Construction Manager (FCIOB) by CIOB, UK, Certified Construction Project Manager (CCPM) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by CIDB, Registered Property Manager by BOVAEP, Professional Technologist by Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), Fellow (FMSAdj) by the Malaysian Society of Adjudicators (MSAdj), Member of Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb), Fellow Pioneer Member of Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) and Panel of Adjudicators and mediators by AIAC respectively. 

MK Loke has more than 40 years of experience in property development, construction, hotel & mall management, and dispute resolution, and completed project values for more than MYR 10 billion. He is currently serving as a Construction Technical Advisor for a local structural steel builder, a Committee Member of MSAdj, an Honorary Auditor of CIOB Malaysia, and on the Industry Advisory Panel and lecturer of local universities. He was appointed as a Working Committee Member of the CIDB - CCM Program (2019- 2020) and currently serves as its Trainer, Assessor, and Examiner. He is an accredited trainer for NIOSH and HRD Corp and a frequent trainer and speaker for local trade associations and PLCs.
