Kelly holds the position of Associate Director at MAC Consultant, a prominent construction claim consultancy firm based in Malaysia. Specializing in construction claim management and alternative dispute resolution, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

After being called to the UK Bar, Kelly underwent pupillage at a leading law firm in Malaysia, subsequently becoming an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. With a focus on multi-million-ringgit disputes in construction and infrastructure, she practiced law for three years before transitioning into the role of in-house legal counsel.

Kelly's career took an upward trajectory within the subsidiary of a Fortune Global 500 company. Starting as a Legal Executive, she ascended to the position of Legal Manager and, within just three years, became the Head of the Legal Department. This rapid career progression afforded her extensive exposure to corporate matters and representation in various legal court and arbitral proceedings.

Her diverse experience extends to active involvement in professional societies, including the Kuala Lumpur Bar Young Lawyers Committee, AIAC Arbitration Young Practitioners Group, and the Young Members Group of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Malaysia.

Kelly emerges as a dynamic and promising young practitioner in the construction industry, contributing significantly to the field.
